1. Services

LogicYogi provides website design, development, and related digital services to Canadian and international clients. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project are agreed separately via email, proposal, or invoice. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding service agreement until both parties have confirmed the project in writing.

2. Intake form submissions

Submitting an intake request is an expression of interest, not a purchase or binding contract. You confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have authority to enter into a services agreement for the described project.
• You consent to being contacted at the details you provide (subject to our Privacy Policy).

3. Accounts

If you create an account (via Google or email/password), you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

4. Client-provided content

You confirm you have the legal rights to any text, images, logos, videos, or other materials you provide to us for use in your project. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content. LogicYogi is not liable for any claims arising from content provided by clients.

5. Payments and refunds

All payment terms — including fees, milestone schedules, and refund conditions — are specified in the project agreement or invoice for each engagement. General guidelines:

• A deposit is typically required to begin work.
• Refunds for work already completed are not generally available unless otherwise stated in writing.
• If you have questions about payment terms before starting a project, contact us before submitting payment.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final website deliverables (design, code) transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed. LogicYogi retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. All tools, frameworks, libraries, and third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Third-party services

Your project may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors, email delivery services, analytics tools). Their availability, pricing, and terms are outside our control. We are not liable for outages, changes, or termination of third-party services.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or overload our services.
• Request work that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

9. No warranty

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, LogicYogi and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid by you for that project.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
