LogicYogi ("we", "us", "our") is a Canadian web design and development studio.   • Account data — email address and authentication tokens if you create an account via Google or email/password.
  • Usage data — pages visited, time on site, and device type, if analytics are enabled. We do not sell or share this data.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your project inquiry and deliver services.
  • To send you follow-up communications related to your project (subject to your consent under CASL).
  • To maintain security and prevent spam or abuse.
  • To improve our website and services.

3. Consent and commercial electronic messages (CASL)

By checking the consent box on our intake form, you give us express consent to contact you regarding your inquiry and related services. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing contactlogicyogi@gmail.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. We honour unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.

4. Authentication (Google / Supabase)

If you sign in with Google, authentication is handled by Supabase. We receive your email address and name but never your Google password. Session tokens are stored securely and expire automatically.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers (e.g., email delivery, AI analysis of your intake form) under strict confidentiality agreements and only to provide our services. All data processing occurs within secure, industry-standard infrastructure.

6. Data retention

We keep your information as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it.

7. Your rights (PIPEDA)

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
